What this service is

This is a research platform that collects anonymous reports for the purpose of building an evidence base. It is not an emergency service, is not monitored in real time, and is not a substitute for contacting a school, a school board, child protective services, or the police. We do not investigate or act on individual reports.

Who may use it

The site is intended for parents and caregivers who are adults, reporting on behalf of a child.

Using the site responsibly

• Do not include names, exact ages, addresses, or other details that could identify any child — including anyone described as having caused harm.
• Report honestly. Do not submit knowingly false, malicious, or duplicate reports.
• Do not attempt to identify, contact, or de-anonymise other people who use the site.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.

We may remove reports, suspend or remove accounts, or block access where the service is misused.

Your reports

You keep control of what you submit: you can view or permanently delete any report, or delete your account entirely. By submitting, you allow us to review your report and to include it, in de-identified and aggregated form, in research and statistics about school-bus harassment in the region.
